Story
As most will know sadly our gorgeous little girl passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on the 1st November 2018 only 6 months old.
Since Nancy’s passing we have found out she had a condition known as Dilated Cardiomyopathy. This is a condition which Hayley (Nancy’s mum), her grandad and aunty all have.
Me, my brothers Warren & Steve & Nephew Billy (all not one bit fit...) and Hayleys Sister Abbie will all be attempting to complete the Jurassic coast ultra challenge, a 100km Hike over 2 days (30 miles each day) across the Jurassic coast a place dear to our hearts as Nancy enjoyed 2 family holidays there.
We are raising funds for cardiomyopathy uk and hopefully awareness so
more screening and help is available to families who have inherited Cardiomyopathy like ours to hopefully stop anyone else going through the pain and hurt we have.
If we were more aware of symptoms and signs and screening availability Nancy may still be here today.
